Enterprise Engine Model ‘R-4’
Cylinder Head Reconditioning Program

Overview

PMSI’s Enterprise ‘R-4’ cylinder head reconditioning program is designed to maximize operational time with lower life cycle costs. This product is being offered for all Enterprise model ‘R-4’ engines, including: stationary power and marine applications for commercial, government and nuclear users.

Various engine models will include: DSR, DSRV, DMR, DMRV, DGSR and DGSRV in engine size configurations from in-line 6 & 8 to V 12, 16 & 20 cylinder applications.

Each step in PMSI’s Q/A procedure insures production integrity to maximize product performance.

Each PMSI model ‘R-4’ cylinder head will carry a limited warranty which guarantees PMSI’s workmanship and materials. Due to the variety of application per this product, please contact PMSI or an agent of PMSI for details associated with your specific machinery operation.

Specifications

All model Enterprise ‘R-4’ cylinder head product follows those rigid specifications as illustrated in the service information memorandums (SIM) written by the OEM. In addition, PMSI has endorsed a host of procedures and specifications which provide the highest degree of product assurance, over and above the original SIM. PMSI combined specification procedure will carry those endorsements as required by: USCG, ABS, B/V and the NRC.

PMSI’s Enterprise model ‘R-4’ cylinder head production is being offered to those customers using a range of fuel types, i.e. diesel, dual-fuel (clean-burn) and heavy fuels. Based on fuel type application, PMSI use a variety of components providing the latest technology for reliability.

Availability

With current reconditioned and qualified Enterprise model ‘R-4’ cylinder heads (bare) in stock, PMSI can assemble the valve components (per application) and ship nationally or globally within the shortest turn time possible.
